For orders within Australia Exclusively Body Boarding uses the service of Australia Post or Fastway Couriers (depending on which is most appropriate) for the shipping of all orders recieved.
This service is provided free of charge to orders delivered to an Australian address, however should you wish to have your purchases delivered
to you another way please contact us for arrangement. Additional shipping costs will be added to your order total.
International customers please contact us for shipping costs.
OUR REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Please choose carefully when utilizing our online shopping service.
We DO NOT give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
Exchanges and refunds can ONLY be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you
or do not do what they are supposed to. Returns will be accepted providing the item is returned with the original receipt to ebb Scarborough within 7 days of the order being received. The item must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached and must not have been used.
Please remember a large percentage of stock in the shop ie bodyboards, leashes etc purchased come with a manufacturer warranty.
